SUNOCO CHALLENGE NEWS 27 JANUARY 2012: Felipe Nasr and his co-drivers will start eighth on the grid in this weekend’s Rolex 24 at Daytona following Thursday’s official qualifying at the Florida circuit.

Sunoco Challenge winner and reigning Cooper Tires British F3 Champion Nasr is joined by Michael McDowell, Gustavo Yacaman and Jorge Goncalvez in the Michael Shank Racing Riley-Ford for the 24 Hours.

Their best lap of the speedway was 1.3s off the pole-setting pace of the Starworks Motorsport Riley-Ford.

Motors TV is offering extensive live coverage of the race, which starts at 2030 GMT Saturday.
