Karting success in Malaysia led to a Formula Renault Asia drive in 2006; championship third. Moved up to Formula BMW Asia the following season, winning the championship with 10 race wins at the age of 14. Formula BMW Europe 2008/’09; two podium finishes and ninth overall in 2009. Successful rookie season in British Formula 3 2010, claiming a brace of podiums and championship 12th. Placed sixth overall in British F3 2011 with four podium finishes
